The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case no. 140 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that on 19.03.2019 at 10.25 A.M, the informant received information about causing injury to his son Said Anwar by some boys and he is under treatment at the clinic of Lallu @ Danish. Thereafter, he went there and saw blood oozing injury at the head of his son Said Anwar, who

No.47578 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/3 disclosed that at the tea shop, petitioners came there and started to abuse him and at that time petitioner No.1 Golden Khan caused injury through Garansa at his head, thereafter, petitioner No.2 Jasim Khan and Changej Khan also caused injury by means of lathi.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, petitioners are student and at the tea shop, some hot talks were exchanged in between the petitioners and son of the informant and scuffle took place in which son of the informant fell down and received injury, but with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case. Further submission is that while there is specific allegation against the petitioner No.1 to cause injury to the son of the informant through Garanasa, but all the three injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 140 of
