This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail. His prayer for anticipatory bail was considered and permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 21.05.2015 (Annexure-1). The allegation is that on an assurance that he would sell two kathas of land, a sum of Rs. 22 lacs was received by the petitioner but thereafter in spite of request, he refused to execute the sale deed inasmuch as the cheques issued by the petitioner were found dishonoured.

Mr. Yadav, APP submits that in course of enquiry, the witnesses have supported the allegation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17299 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 Considering the allegation as also the fact that his prayer was also permitted to be withdrawn, this Court is not persuaded to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is, accordingly, rejected.
