The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 341, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.
The informant alleged that on the order of petitioner Nand Kishore Sharma, husband of the petitioner, fired which hit on the abdomen of informant and on the order of Lalkeshar Devi Ramanand Sharma fired which hit on the leg of Ravi Ranjan. It is submitted that the informant, Prince Kumar, got one injury on his nose caused by hard and blunt substance. No injury on abdomen was found. The police after investigation submitted final form finding the case false against the petitioner and two others.

No.17230 of 2016 (2) dt.17-05-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and she is alleged to have ordered her husband to fire but no corresponding injury was found on the informant, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in Pauthu P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
