The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Choutarwa P.S.Case No. 38 of 2015 registered under Sections 394,395,397 and 414 of the Indian penal Code 25(1-b)a,26/35 of the Arms Act. .

Allegation in brief is that informant was relieved of Rs. 11,000/- cash from his possession in a dacoity on the highway by five unknown miscreants and they also taken away mobile and some documents of the informant.

Submission is that neither any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on TIP and only material against the petitioner is the disclosure of his name by another co-accused Sunil Chaudhary, except that there is no other material against him and he has no criminal antecedent.
