JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-03-2025 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 28.07.2021 passed in Session Trial No. 78 of 2015 arising out of Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 224 of 2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Saran at Chapra by which petition filed under Section 317 of the Cr.P.C, has been dismissed.

2. After some argument, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
