1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.02.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.3254 of 2019, the District Education Officer, Begusarai has already passed a reasoned order dated 08.02.2023, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 08.02.2023, if so advised, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
