ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 27.5.2015.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties attempt was made to settle the dispute but it could not be resolved. Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 27.5.2015 in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.

However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
