The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 233 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 8, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. On secret information a raid was conducted and altogether eleven persons including petitioner were apprehended on the spot and on search contraband articles and arms and ammunition have been recovered.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner which is apparent from bare perusal of FIR. Contraband items, arms and ammunition have been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
