The petitioner being the nephew of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of assaulting the informant for not accepting the request of partitioning the ancestral property second time. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general against all the accused persons and the injuries have been found to be simple. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

On deposit of aforesaid amount and keeping in view of the fact that occurrence took place in the background of partition dispute, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. East Champaran at Motihari, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
