JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 146 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38(I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 11.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 117 litres of liquor.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have remained in custody for nearly two months and they have no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40008 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Excise), Samastipur in connection with Excise Case No. 146 of 2018.
