2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the victim have already got married and the learned counsel for the informant supports the prayer for bail.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
