This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 252 of 2007 which stood dismissed against opposite party no. 4 for non-compliance of the order dated 28.01.2014. Thus, the petitioner claims to have complied the aforesaid order on 07.03.2014.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application explaining omission on part of the petitioner, the date of compliance of the aforesaid order dated 28.01.2014 is extended till 07.03.2014 and C.W.J.C. No. 252 of 2007 is restored to its
