JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2024 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna to dispose off the pending memorial filed by the petitioner on 08.05.2023.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid memorial filed by the petitioner is pending consideration, the same would definitely be disposed off within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper

Patna High Court CWJC No.11441 of 2023(2) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 to direct the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid memorial filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
