JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application may be disposed of with direction to the District Employment Appellate Authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner.

From Annexure-3, it appears that instead of appeal the petitioner has filed objection before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. If the District Teachers Appellate Authority has received representation, the Appellate Authority may treat the same as appeal and decide the appeal in accordance with law expeditiously.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
