The petitioners being aggrieved by the order dated 09.04.2018 passed by the Additional Collector, Purnea in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.31 of 2012-13 preferred this writ petition against the order of cancellation of Jamabandi standing in the name of the petitioners and others.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19736 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 3/3 Sub-section(6) of Section 9 provides an appeal against the order of the Additional Collector. The petitioners have got alternative and efficacious remedy of appeal against the order sought to be quashed in this writ petition.
In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to present appeal before the Collector against the order as contained in Annexure-1. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
