2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304B, 498A & 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 4 named accused persons including the petitioner with allegation that marriage of informant's daughter was solemnized with accused, namely, Mukesh Kumar and who in connivance with other family members have killed the daughter of the informant demanding dowry.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the

5. Counsel further submits that from the content of F.I.R., it becomes clear that the petitioner resides at Delhi and he is dewar of the deceased.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the facts and circumstances., let the abovenamed petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of 30000/- (thirty ₹ thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Supaul, in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 95 of 2022 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
