Learned counsel for the respondent-State of Bihar and the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna are present. From perusal of the record it would be evident that earlier also on 30th November, 2011, the matter was dismissed for want of prosecution and, subsequently, it was restored to its original file under the orders of the Court.

Regard being had to the lack of interest of the petitioner in pursuing the matter, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
