The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 1/2010 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegations and also the fact that there is land dispute between the parties, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43536 of 2014 (2) dt.16-04-2015 P2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dumariya P.S. Case No. 1/2010 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
