Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 5269 of 2019 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No.136 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that total 50 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from Tempo. Petitioner was arrested from Tempo. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2019 having clean antecedents. The Tempo does not belong to petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47398 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.5269 of 2019 arising out of Nadi P.S.
