Petitioner is a local representative of accused no. 1 and 2 and further from perusal of the complaint petition, it appears that it happens to be out and out a business transaction and the dispute relates to payment and existing dues.

Consequent thereupon, Petitioner, Chand Babu Choudhary @ Chandra Babu Chaudhary, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 88/2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
