2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 61(2), 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that it is Birbal Yadav, Rukma Devi and Kamlesh Yadav who have murdered the deceased.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025.
