JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 By filing the present application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.08.2014 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in Dehri Nagar P.S.Case No. 36 of 2012, whereby the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
