The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 135 and 138 of the Electricity Act, 2003. The accusation is of consumption of unauthorized electricity.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.51513 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/3 petitioners that against the disconnection of the electricity of the petitioners, the petitioners have filed C.W.J.C No. 4170 of 2022 before this Court which was heard on 17.10.2022 by a Division Bench of this Court and the petitioners were directed to deposit Rs. 25,000/- and in pursuance to the direction of this Hon'ble Court, the petitioners have deposited Rs. 25,000/- and their electricity has been restored. The petitioners have also filed an appeal against the electricity bill before the respondent Electricity Board. A supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, PESU Area, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022,
