2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 bearing G.R. No. 1462 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners is of harassing the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and they have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Alipur P.S.
