Petitioner, already in custody since 13.4.2018, seeks bail in Korha PS Case No. 126 of 2018, registered under Sections 392, 411 and 120B of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant was robbed in the night on the highway and his motorcycle and Mobile No. 7070778890 was taken away by the miscreants, later on during investigation the looted mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner bearing same sim number.

Submission is that the petitioner had purchased the mobile from someone, the mobile was not put on TIP for identification and bears clean antecedent.

Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that the looted mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner with the sim number of the informant.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
