JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saharsa Spl. Excise Case No. 258 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 7 litres of liquor.

Considering the quantity of liquor and the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly two months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II- Cum- Special Judge (Excise),
