The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 141 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the vehicle or the illicit liquor, which has been allegedly recovered from the vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
