This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 27(b),(ii),28/36(A)(C) Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Amended Act 2008) and Section 21(C) of Narcotic and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused, namely, Ashish Kumar Tarar, having similar allegation, has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1682 of 2014. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10460 of 2014 (3) dt.16-04-2015 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Narcotic Act, Patna in connection with Patna GRPS Case No. 368 of 2012, Special Case No. 39 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
