Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha (Pathkauli) P.S. Case No. 503 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the accused persons including the petitioner killed the victim due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2022. She has got no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51362 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. She is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. She has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st A.C.J.M.
