One of the contentions of the counsel for the petitioner merits consideration that the reason for rejection is cryptic one and does not indicate the reasons which went into consideration for rejection of the claim of affiliation by the respondent-State authorities.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4643 of 2015 dt.07-07-2015 2/2 Let an appropriate order be passed indicating to the petitioner the reasons why such an affiliation cannot be granted.

Annexure-1 in the above-stated circumstances is quashed.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
