The petitioner herein seek anticipatory bail in complain case no. 413C/2015, registered under Sections 147, 149, 342, 354,380, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is stated that in retaliation of filing of an FIR (Annexure-2), by the petitioner for alleged commission of theft of energy, the present complaint is filed with concocted allegations. Besides the one, one more complaint of similar nature was filed in which the petitioner approached this Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17295 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 18555 of 2016, which stands disposed of on 03.05.2016, permitting the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail.
Indisputably, the same circumstances exist in the present case also. In the circumstance, the application stands disposed of in the terms in which Cr. Misc. No. 18555 of 2016 was disposed of in view of circumstances indicated therein. The petitioner may surrender and seek regular bail. The bail application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
