28-02-2017 Sri Gyan Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best effort, he has not been able to file supplementary affidavit.

Moreover, in view of peremptory order dated 21-09-2015, due to non-filing of supplementary affidavit, the writ petition stood dismissed.

It appears that office, without examining the earlier direction, has placed the matter. Office is directed to be careful in future.
