1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case no. 56 of 2021, registered under sections 379, 341, 323, 354, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that there was altercation between the parties inspite of partition having taken place between the informant's side and the petitioner. On the date of occurrence the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant and others. So far as this petitioner is concerned, it is stated that Sanjay Mishra and the petitioner snatched the chain of the family member of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who happens to be a lady has been falsely implicated in the case over a dispute between agnates. With reference to the

No.55624 of 2024(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 injury report referred to in the order of the learned trial Court it is submitted that the same is not attributed to this petitioner who has no criminal antecedent. Co-accused Surendra Mishra and Sanjay Mishra have already enlarged on bail vide order dated 25.4.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 51259 of 2021.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the allegation against this petitioner in the F.I.R. together with the grant of anticipatory bail to co-accused Surendra Mishra and Sanjay Mishra, the petitioner being a lady and having no any criminal antecedent, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case no. 56 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram.
