2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354(B), 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55319 of 2024(3) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 petitioners herein assaulted the informant by means of fists and slaps. It is further alleged that the petitioners outraged the modesty of wife of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the injury sustained by him is simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VIIth, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
