The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with GRP Kiul P.S.Case No. 68 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that on the basis of recovery of two mobiles, petitioner is said to have committed theft, but said mobiles are his personal mobiles and he has no criminal antecedent of theft except one case under Section 307 of IPC but he is on bail in that case and there is no other case against him.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Ajay Sah @ Ajay Laheri @ Ajay Saw, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Railway Magistrate,
