JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate application either for transfer of the arms license of his deceased father or for grant of new arms license. Liberty so sought is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate application is filed before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
