JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Only after the District Magistrate, Gaya was ordered to appear in person, hurriedly the respondents have implemented the direction and order passed in the writ application. Such discomfort could have been avoided if the authority was serious about carrying out the direction within the timeframe indicated in the order.

The Court is not impressed by the various reasons indicated for non-payment because that is an internal matter of the

Patna High Court MJC No.488 of 2015 (3) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 administration and the Court is not concerned with those reasons. Keeping in view that the payments have accrued now, the personal appearance of the District Magistrate, Gaya stands dispensed with. Contempt application is disposed of. Grievance of the petitioner which is being raised now with regard to other payment and other dues is not required to be gone into at this stage. Petitioner may assert his right in appropriate jurisdiction/forum.
