The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.147 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of huge defalcation by the petitioner who is one of the accused in this case and materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. He is taking all sorts of defence which are not available at this stage. In defalcation of huge amount, anticipatory bail should not have been granted.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. This application for anticipatory bail
