The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Belsand P.S. Case no. 141/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is named in the FIR. The informant alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons took Amod Sah @ Guddu, the nephew of the informant and they all made indiscriminating firing on Amod Sah.

It is submitted that eight persons are alleged to have made firing. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that all the accused persons took the deceased with them and near Jhaua

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14977 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 Masjid all the accused persons are alleged to have made indiscriminating firing caused death of Amod Sah, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
