2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 784 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are accused of participating in the beating and brutal killing of the deceased who was caught committing theft.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioners have participated in the brutal killing of the deceased, I am not

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. If the petitioners surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
