Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that on 21.01.2020 petitioners was granted bail in connection with G.R. No. 814 of 2001/Tr. No. 385 of 2014 pending in the Court of J.M., 1st Class, Supaul, Saharsa during the pendency of this revision application, but in the cause title of the order dated 21.01.2020, inadvertently, only one petitioners' name has been typed.

In such view of the matter, in the cause title of the order dated 21.01.2020, let the words "SHIVCHANDRA

and also in the second line of the last paragraph of the order dated 21.01.2020, the word "petitioner" be corrected to be read as "petitioners".

Accordingly, the order dated 21.01.2020 is modified to the extent above.
