The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banka P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. In sum and substance the allegation is that the informant raided the house of the petitioner, but nothing was recovered. On search, the petitioner is alleged to have made protest and on such villagers came and cause damage to the vehicle of the informant and other officials. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he only made protest.
Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7072 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
