The present application has been preferred: for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) direction(s) directing the respondent authorities to accept the rents and issue rent receipts to the petitioners with reject to the land situated at Khata No. 389, Plot No. 984, measuring 2 decimal and land situated at Khata No. 390, Plot No. 646 measuring 7 decimal Mauza- Belaganj,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10872 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/3 District- Gaya Ji as the same has already been mutated in the favor of the petitioners and the petitioners were regularly paying the rent till June 2008 but rent is not being accepted by the respondent authorities, with respect to abovesaid land, though the petitioners are always ready and approaching the respondent authorities for acceptance of the abovesaid rent but is being negated by the respondent authorities nor the portal with respect to the abovesaid land is being open, when petitioners are trying to deposit the said rent through online process and further for any other reliefs for which the petitioners entitled to.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that appropriate petition along with supporting documents shall be filed before the respondent no. 4, the Collector, Gaya Ji.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if a petition is preferred, it will be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4, the District Magistrate, Gaya Ji in next four weeks and if such petition along with supporting documents are filed, the concerned respondent shall be taking up the matter and it is
