19-09-2018 Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail, in view of observation of this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 22710 of 2018. In the said case, by order dated 18-04-2018, while dismissing the prayer for bail, this Court had observed that petitioner would be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completion of nine months in custody.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already completed his custody period for more than nine months.
The petitioner is accused in Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39399 of 2018(2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 379, 307, 506, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that earlier observation was given to renew the prayer for bail after completion of nine months in custody, let the petitioner namely Jitendra Kushwaha be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 10th Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2017. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) anay U T
