JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order of punishment of dismissal from service dated 19.06.2023, passed by the Collector, Gaya, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and pass a reasoned
Patna High Court CWJC No.12303 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
