This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 360 of 2017 for offences under Section s 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the sides quarrel for the issue of cutting the crop. There is dispute relating to the said land and both the sides are agnates. The accusation against the petitioner is of giving sickle blow on the right hand of the informant's cousin Ram Jatan Prasad but the corresponding injury is simple in nature. He sustained only one grievous injury, i.e., fracture of hand, which is not attributed to the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39415 of 2018(2) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 360 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah.
