JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2019 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that in last paragraph of order dated 26.8.2019 P.S. case number has wrongly been mentioned as 'Barharia P. S. Case No. 230 of 2019' instead of 'Bihta P. S. Case No. 520 of 2017'.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 26.8.2019 stands modified to the extent that 'Bihta P. S. Case No. 520 of 2017' be correctly read in last paragraph of the said order in place of 'Barharia P. S. Case No. 230 of 2019'.
