The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 104/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

As per the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., it appears that the petitioner is now married with her and they have a girl child also. Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.60772 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge (POCSO), Banka, in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 104/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
