For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Madhav Jha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. D.P. Tiwary (A.P.P.) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Petitioners, who were on police bail, during course of investigation could not appear after cognizance and on account thereof, instant petition for anticipatory bail has been filed which, prima facie, appears to be non-maintainable. Moreover, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ready to surrender before the learned lower Court. However, their prayer for bail be disposed of on the same day. At least, the learned lower Court is expected to honour the feeling of learned counsel for the petitioners.
Accordingly, instant petition is rejected.
