The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within four years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim died due to the pregnancy complications and the witnesses have not supported the accusation of demand of dowry or torture rather they have supported that the victim died due to the pregnancy complications.

No.36635 of 2014 (05) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the State after going through the case diary that the post-mortem of the victim was not done and the petitioner being the husband has not surrendered as a result the investigation is pending. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
